trying to recover from my first day back at work after a 10 day xmas vacation home in ny. it was great to be home for the holiday, my favorite time of the year. i was accompanied by filippo this year so everyone was on their best behavior. but still it did not go perfectly, with families what can? it was great to see everyone, lots of new nieces and nephews for me to play with in NJ. Along with lots of cats and dogs to flight with in NY. its so good to see my brother and his kids. drink moose milk with AP, and eat lots of cookies. Sal's pizza ice cream cake, you name it we had it. the eating is always top notice in ny. we all took turns cooking, sharing, laughing......and fighting. always a bit of drama with my sister. there is always something. every family event it seems to me, but then i may be angry and lashing out. it did not let it get me down, and despite the rain it was a great trip. I had the pleasure of spending my new years eve birthday in Manhattan with Karen, Melissa and the husbands. 30!! HUSBANDS!! shit i am getting old and everyone is getting married. NEXT?! KIDS! Fuck its time to leave the country...and don't drink the water, its contaminated. lots going on in my reality and lots to think about. but i have a great support group...Hi my name is heather and i am 30, now what? thanks guys for a wonderful b-day. i cant wait to see what 2006 brings to the table. check out the random images from my travels.
